| thedailynewsonline.com 8 September 2012 Eddie S. Connett, II, 39, of Sheridan, Ark., died Aug. 31, 2012, unexpectedly in Pine Bluffs, Ark. He was born on Sept. 8, 1972, in Corning to Ed Connett and Nancy Darcangelo. He was employed by Shorty Light Wrecking Yard in Pine Bluff, Ark., as a truck driver. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and racing motocross, and competition shooting. Eddie is survived by a daughter, Tiffany Connett of Le Roy; a son, Xander Connett of Sheridan, Ark.; his father Ed (Debbie) Connett, Sr of Painted Post; mother Nancy (David) Knapp of Le Roy; brothers, Michael (Pamela Richardson) Tyler of Arlington, Va., Kevin Tyler of Painted Post, and David Knapp of Cayuta; grandson, Dante Kimbrew; grandparents, Mary Rice of Painted Post, Ted and Charlotte Jacobus of Big Flats, Elsie Knapp of Le Roy; ex-wife, Lisa Connett of Sheridan, Ariz.; special friend, Jeana Cooper of Pine Bluffs, Ark.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and cousins. Eddie was predeceased by his great grandparents, Joseph and Pearl Darcangelo, grandfather, Ernest Rice, grandmother, Elizabeth Costley, grandfather, Raymond Aldrich, and a step grandfather, Grant Knapp. Calling hours will be from noon to 3 p.m. today at Haughey Funeral Home, 216 East First St. in Corning, where funeral services will follow calling hours at 3 with Pastor Vaughn VanSkiver officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Painted Post. |
